Professional Assistant to the Dean of Formation

Professional Assistant to the Dean of Formation

Commencing as soon as possible

This is a pivotal position within our Formation (Pastoral Care) Team, ideal for someone who thrives on variety, connection and purposeful work. Working closely with the Dean of Formation, you will be the central point of coordination for staff, students and families in ensuring the smooth delivery of key pastoral care programs, events and initiatives.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Excels as the ‘go‑to’ person in a dynamic school setting, providing proactive support to a busy pastoral care team.
  • Brings substantial experience in senior administrative support, including complex diary management, event coordination and stakeholder communication.
  • Has proven capability in coordinating events, including risk assessments and the development of clear, professional procedures.
  • Demonstrates expert-level proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence.
  • Builds positive, professional relationships with parents, students, colleagues, and the wider school community, upholding high standards of integrity, communication, discretion and teamwork.
  • Shows a genuine commitment to supporting student wellbeing and contributing to a caring, values‑driven school culture.
  • Holds, or is eligible to apply for, a Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
