iCentres

Our libraries, Mt Sion and Westcourt, have an intentional focus on inclusivity and diversity with a developing collection of titles that represent diverse voices. We believe that books offer views of the real or imagined worlds and our libraries play an integral part in literacy education, inclusion and well being.

Junior School Library

Mt Sion is located in the Junior School precinct and provides access to relevant resources to meet the needs of boys in this age group. Our goal is to support digital age teaching and learning and assist our students to acquire the necessary information literacy skills to become productive and life-long learners. We also encourage reading for enjoyment and provide opportunities to borrow, read and appreciate literature. Our centre is open every day from 8.10am – 3.20pm.

Middle and Senior School Library

Westcourt is located beside the river in the Middle School precinct. This centre aims to meet the needs of our secondary school aged boys by providing a student-centred learning space. Resources available are both physical and digital to enable access anytime, anywhere. The centre is open each day from 8.00am – 4.30pm and is conveniently located beside the Bakehouse tuckshop. A Study Club operates after school from Monday to Thursday for students who want to study in a quiet space or ask for guidance with homework from supervising staff.
