English Teacher (Years 7 – 12)
Fixed Term Contract - Term 4 2025
We seek an experienced and passionate teacher who:
- Has relevant qualifications and confidence in teaching English to Secondary students.
- Has an excellent understanding of QCE syllabus requirements.
- Has a passion for designing and delivering engaging lessons within a contemporary learning framework.
- Is experienced and confident in differentiating the curriculum in the classroom.
- Is a positive, energetic and collaborative contributor to a highly successful department and is committed to continuous improvement of educational outcomes.
- Has strong assessment and reporting skills, including maintaining accurate records and communicating student progress to both students and families.
- Has a track record of positive engagement with parents, colleagues, and the wider school community.
- Upholds high standards of professional conduct, integrity, and teamwork.
- Is committed to supporting student wellbeing.
- Current Queensland College of Teacher Registration.
