Medical details including Medicare number and expiry date must be updated before the term starts as this information is collated and checked prior to excursions and camps. Please login to Parent Lounge to update your child's medical details and if required, your email address, mobile phone numbers and home address.

Collection of 2026 Students’ Residential Address and Other Information

Before the new school year begins, parents and caregivers are asked to login to their Parent Lounge account and check that the address details registered with the College are correct, and update them if required. See the ATC App for more details and the government letter.

Payment on a term-by-term basis, is required in full by the first day of each term. By selecting the option to pay fees via the Term Payment Option, parents/caregivers agree to pay each of the four term fees by the first day of each term. Payment is accepted by BPay. Credit card facilities (EFTPOS) are available both at the College Office and via telephone. The College does not accept cash or cheque payments. The College offers parents/caregivers two payment options to assist in paying their account on time by the due date – a term payment option and a College administered instalment payment.

SPORT

Students can choose for a range of term-based sports. Training for these sports is normally scheduled before or after school from Monday to Thursday depending on the age group. Fixtures are normally held on Saturday mornings on a home and away schedule. We use a variety of mediums to communicate with families but our central source of information for sporting activities is via the ATC App. We use the ATC App notifications and alerts regarding sport sign ups, team selections, training and fixture schedules, weather cancellations, event information etc. Email is occasionally used but parents should subscribe to the relevant Co-curricular sport tags in their App settings to receive only relevant notifications.

Coaches Needed

We are seeking committed, enthusiastic and skilled sport coaches to join our program for a variety of sports. Being strongly supported by our experienced Sports Department and Sport Coordinators, the successful applicants will have a passion for athlete development, knowledge of the activity, strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop and build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and the wider College community. Coaches with varying levels of experience will be considered, including those looking to get involved in coaching for the first time, through to experienced coaches. We strongly encourage parents, old-boys and the wider ATC community to apply. We are currently taking Expressions of Interest.

In exchange for volunteering your time as a coach in one of our programs, you will receive a generous honorarium in line with the College's Co-Curricular Agreement. These roles require a valid Working with Children Blue Card.
