Head of Pathways

We seek an experienced and passionate Head of Pathways who:
- Has the required skills and understanding in developing and delivering a leading Pathways Program, Careers Education, Skills Framework, Workplace Learning programs.
- Is a positive, energetic and collaborative leader to further develop a highly successful program through engaging with TAFE and RTO’s, sourcing and managing work experience opportunities and school based traineeships/apprenticeships, workplace visits and proactively sharing of information with students, parents and potential employers.
- Has strong skillset in managing, tracking and interpreting student completion data, including maintaining accurate records, and communicating student progress with staff, students and families in meetings and open information forums.
- Upholds high standards of professional conduct, integrity and teamwork together with a solutions focussed mindset.
- Has a passion and ability to lead the end-to-end Career Education/SET Planning process to cater for a range of student pathways.
- Is committed to supporting student wellbeing and Child Safe standards.
- Current Queensland College of Teacher Registration.
