Ambrose Treacy College (ATC) is a leading Catholic Years 4 – 12 boys school located in Indooroopilly with a cohort of 1,300 students. Head of Pathways

Commencing Term 1 2026

We seek an experienced and passionate Head of Pathways who:

Has the required skills and understanding in developing and delivering a leading Pathways Program, Careers Education, Skills Framework, Workplace Learning programs.
Is a positive, energetic and collaborative leader to further develop a highly successful program through engaging with TAFE and RTO’s, sourcing and managing work experience opportunities and school based traineeships/apprenticeships, workplace visits and proactively sharing of information with students, parents and potential employers.

Has strong skillset in managing, tracking and interpreting student completion data, including maintaining accurate records, and communicating student progress with staff, students and families in meetings and open information forums.
Upholds high standards of professional conduct, integrity and teamwork together with a solutions focussed mindset.

Has a passion and ability to lead the end-to-end Career Education/SET Planning process to cater for a range of student pathways.

Is committed to supporting student wellbeing and Child Safe standards.
Current Queensland College of Teacher Registration.
