Administration Assistant - Dean of People & Community
(School Term Time)

This is a pivotal position within our People and Community Team, ideal for someone who thrives on variety, connection and purposeful work. Working closely with the Dean of People and Community and the team, you will be the central point of support for the day to day administration operations across Human Resources, Marketing, Enrolments, Alumni and events.
We are looking for someone who:
- Demonstrated high-level administrative expertise in supporting end-to-end recruitment processes, staff induction and onboarding, probation and annual review cycles, new student and parent engagement initiatives, community events and workforce reporting by contributing positively to the College's community-focused ethos.
- Substantial experience providing senior administrative support, including complex diary management, event coordination, stakeholder engagement and the delivery of high-quality administrative services.
- Proven ability to coordinate and deliver events and programs, including the development of risk assessments, operational plans and professional procedures that ensure successful outcomes.
- Advanced proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), TASS and other digital platforms with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated capacity to build and maintain positive, professional relationships with parents, students, colleagues and external stakeholders while exercising discretion, integrity, sound judgement and a collaborative approach.
- A genuine commitment to supporting student wellbeing and fostering a welcoming, inclusive and values-driven school community aligned with the mission and ethos of the College.
- Holds, or is eligible to obtain, a current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
