Professional Assistant to the Dean of Learning
(Full Time Term Time + four extra weeks during holiday periods)

We seek an experienced professional assistant with substantial expertise who:
- Thrives being the ‘go to’ person within a school setting supporting a busy senior academic leader.
- Has substantial experience providing innovative solutions and attention to detail in efficiently managing QCAA requirements, academic assemblies, exam blocks, Senior Education and Training Plan meetings, parent meetings, diary management, creating agendas, taking minutes, academic reports, professional development and managing all correspondence across the department.
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of the full Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with strong attention to detail, high level multi-tasking capabilities and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Focusses on positive engagement with parents, students, colleagues and the wider school community through upholding high standards of professional conduct, integrity and teamwork.
- Is committed to supporting student wellbeing.
- Has or has the ability to apply for a Working with Children Card (Blue Card).
