Casual Administration School Officer

Commencing as soon as possible

We seek an experienced, and enthusiastic team member to:

Assist during staff absences, peak periods, and school holidays.
Provide exceptional customer service to all members of the school community.
Deliver timely and effective administrative support across multiple College departments.
Demonstrate strong digital capability, including confident use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) experience with TASS is desirable.
Manage competing priorities with professionalism, initiative, and discretion.
Support student wellbeing and uphold Workplace Health and Safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for all.

Qualifications and Experience:

Current Qld Blue Card (Working with Children) or the eligibility to apply.
Previous experience in school administration, customer service, or a similar front‑facing role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and efficiently.
A proactive, solutions‑focused approach and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
A sound understanding of, or willingness to learn, school‑based systems and processes.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
