We’re seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Mathematics Teacher to join our dynamic teaching team in the Middle School teaching Years 7 - 9.
We are looking for a dynamic teacher who:
- Brings learning to life by delivering vibrant and engaging lessons for students in Years 7–9.
- Demonstrated commitment to the Catholic faith of the College and a thorough understanding of the Edmund Rice Education ethos.
- Has an excellent understanding of QCE syllabus requirements for the Maths curriculum.
- Has a passion for designing and delivering engaging lessons within a contemporary learning framework.
- Is experienced and confident in differentiating the curriculum in the classroom to cater for all learning styles and needs.
- Is a positive, energetic and collaborative contributor to a highly successful department and is committed to continuous improvement of educational outcomes.
- Has strong assessment and reporting skills, including maintaining accurate records and communicating student progress to both students and families.
- Has a track record of positive engagement with parents, colleagues, and the wider school community.
- Upholds high standards of professional conduct, integrity, and teamwork.
- Is committed to supporting student wellbeing and Child Safe standards.
- Current Queensland College of Teacher Registration.
