The Principal invites applications from experienced and Strength and Conditioning Coaches for the following position:
Athletic Development Coordinator
Commencing as soon as possible
We seek an experienced, qualified and passionate team member to:
- Provide expert advice and guidance in designing and implementing evidence based strength and conditioning programmes.
- Tailor specific programmes to the development needs of students to achieve in their chosen competitive sporting field.
- Conduct one-on-one and small group training sessions to improve student physical capability and performance.
- Review and identify programme improvement opportunities and implement proactive solutions based on evidence within the allocated budget.
- Collaborate with coaching staff to ensure a holistic approach to student development across a diverse range of sports.
- Assist with the set up and delivery of Health & Physical Education lessons.
- Support student wellbeing and uphold Workplace Health and Safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for all.
Qualifications and Licences:
- Current Qld Blue Card (Working with Children) or the eligibility to apply.
- Level 2 ASCA coaching accreditation or relevant tertiary qualification.
- Driver's licence (Manual or Automatic).
- Medium Rigid Bus Licence or a Boat Licence (Preferable).
