Event: Queensland Youth Music Awards – Middle School Choir

Date:Monday 30 May 2016
Time: TBA
Tickets: Tickets are $10 for Adults and performers and children are free. Season tickets are available for $25 per adult for 4 concerts and are available for purchase at the door. Light refreshments will be available for purchase at the venue.
Wear: Students need to wear their Performance Uniform – suit coat, long white sleeved shirt, tie, shorts, long socks and polished shoes.
3:00pm Supervised homework in Kilkenny Music Rooms and BYO afternoon tea
4:00pm Change into Performance Uniform
4:25pm Bus departs ATC
4:45pm Arrive at St Peters
5:15pm Section begins
6:45pm Section concludes. Parents are to collect their sons from St Peters.

Winter Music Concerts

Junior School Winter Music Concert 2 June

Middle School Winter Music Concert 14 June symphonic winds, guitar ensemble ATC Big band and senior flute ensemble, senior clarinet ensemble and percussion ensemble.

On Thursday 2 June we will bring the Junior Flute, Clarinet and Saxophone Ensembles; Beginner Band; Concert Band; Wind Ensemble; Brass Ensemble; Jazz Ensemble; Junior Choir and Junior Chamber Choir and Junior Handbell Ensemble together for one big night of entertainment. The concert begins at 6pm in the Nudgee Junior Hall with the smaller ensembles performing during the drinks and preparation time. All students need to be at school by 5.45pm at the latest. Performance Uniform is required with suit coat. If you are unable to attend the concert please let Mrs Scalia know. More details of the Middle School concert will be provided next week in the Performing Arts News.

Event: Sydney Tour

Date: Monday 4 July, 2016
Payment: Please note that the third instalment payment was due on Monday 11 April ($650) and the final instalment is due on 6 May ($450) – please click here to make your payment.
Tickets: The tickets for the Sydney Opera house performance are now on sale through the Opera House website
Individual tickets are $33 each

Event: Bring It On – The Musical

Date: Friday 15 July at 7pm and Saturday 16 July at 2:00pm and 6.30pm.

Who: Brigidine College, Marist College Ashgrove and Ambrose Treacy College ‘.
Where: Schonell Theatre at the University of Queensland
