Performing Arts News Week 8 Term 3 2016

With the Inaugural Formal Concert behind us, we now focus our energies on our performances at Orientation Days next week, the End of Term liturgy and prepare for the big event of the year ‘Jazz by the River’. These events will be just as exciting as our performances at ERPAC which featured most of our Choirs and Ensembles in a world class venue.

It was an excellent opportunity for our musicians to perform in a formal setting in front of a large audience.
Thanks to all staff involved and to our volunteer parents on the evening. Mrs Judith Thorpe ran a fantastic canteen and BBQ for us all and everyone present was most appreciative of the food and cold beverages on offer before and during interval. Congratulations to our raffle winners on Saturday night. Five fabulous prizes including Brisbane Jazz Club vouchers, Event Cinemas vouchers, beauty vouchers and more were won. Thank you for your kind support of our Cultural Support Group.
