Our Number 1 Supporters

The start of the Winter Sports season has seen the ATC community swing into action to support our Football, Rugby and AFL teams as well as the Cross Country runners ensuring hat the boys have successful seasons. Each week we will see our teams and squads playing and competing at home and away against a variety of different schools and clubs.

In order for us to make sure that the boys have a the best season possible takes a real team effort. Each week grounds need to be prepared, canteens stocked and manned and BBQs lit and cooking as well as having the matches officiated. We have a small but extremely committed Sport Support Group who are always looking for your support to assist with a variety of tasks at games and competitions. For Football and Rugby home games in particular, parents are asked to spend 30 minutes prior to or following, their son’s game assisting Lisa Mortlock with the canteen, officiating as touch judges or line referees or assisting with the pack up and set up of fields. When your son is playing at home, please help out wherever you can to make the winter of 2018 a great sporting experience for your sons and your family. For those who are really keen, we are always looking for rugby and football referees. Click here to email Mr Nathan Burgess if you can help.

Not only is sport hitting a high note but the ATC Jazz Orchestra will be travelling over the long weekend to Mt. Gambier to participate in the Generations in Jazz Festival which features international artists and home grown legends such as James Morrison. The highlight of the festival will be seeing The Cat Empire perform and our boys will have the opportunity to perform amongst some of the best music schools in the country.

To assist the boys in getting to the event we are hosting a concert at QRoasters 44 Wolverhampton Street Stafford, tomorrow evening from 5.00pm to 8.30pm. There is a cash bar on the night. Last minute tickets can be purchased by clicking here.

Thanks to all those who are supporting this initiative and best of luck to Mr Jonathon Bolt and The Jazz Orchestra for both events!
