As part of their support, Simon’s also agreed to place the three winning dishes from our finalists on their Café menu as weekly specials! A portion of the sales will be donated to our chosen charity in support of our Service initiatives. Throughout June, you can head down to Simons Gourmet Gallery on Moggill Road and sample some delicious food that has been inspired by our own young men! - Elliot Smart’s Seared Salmon from Tuesday 12 June to Sunday 17 June
- Jarvis Warr’s Sausage Burger from Tuesday 19 June to Sunday 24 June
