One hundred years on from the first ANZAC Day march in Brisbane, a group of Ambrose Treacy College students represented the College at the Indooroopilly Memorial Service in Keating Park. The boys gathered on one side of the park at 7am, dressed smartly in their formal uniforms, with shoes polished and some of the students proudly displaying medals of loved ones on their blazer.

Two Ambrose Treacy College students Jacob and Seb, and their fathers have just returned from the trek of a lifetime, walking 96kms along the Kokoda track in Papua New Guinea.
As Term 2 begins I would like to congratulate and thank all students who have completed and registered their Service hours for 2016.

As the new term begins so does our sharing of your son’s Service Program experiences through our blog and Facebook page. The contributions our students make towards the community is appreciated and the support you as parents offer helps this great initiative be the success that it is today. We look forward to families partnering with us as we challenge your sons to be caring and thoughtful young men.
